Geronimo Construction is an LLC based in Biwabik, Minnesota. The owners, Reid and Ross, bring a balance and depth of experience in all forms of construction, aerial work and rigging. Ross worked in the Norfolk, VA naval station in port operations, which included rigging for all ordinance loading and off loading, towing ships and barges, and was charged with maintaining proper mooring of naval vessels during hurricanes. He has also worked as a rigger for cranes in the taconite mines of Minnesota, and has over 15 years of general construction experience and has been Foreman on jobs for more than 10 years. You name it he has built it. Reid has been building, designing, guiding and maintaining Canopy Tours since they came to the continental United States. During that time he has been on more than a dozen large projects throughout the United States and Canada, gaining experience that makes him an expert in the industry. In total we have a combined 12 years of building, rigging and maintenance experience on large elevated projects. We also have been facilitating on High Ropes Courses, Canopy Tours, Zip Lines and Low Ropes Courses for over 13 years. We bring all of our past experience to every project to utilize existing techniques as well as adapting techniques from other industries to build the highest quality courses possible.
Our philosophy in building comes directly from our experiences. We use our experience to eliminate the pitfalls we have seen both within the industry and in other industries. We are committed to providing top quality products and services backed up with the best customer service and care in the industry. Our work doesn’t end when the course is completed. We will stand by our designs and provide follow up care, maintenance and inspection for all of our products.
